Gladys Mhone is  an experienced senior business leader with focus on providing strategic HR solutions for organisations. She is an expert in her field with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for over twenty years. Her impact is quickly recognised as she works directly with employees, leaders, managers, boards and stakeholders. Even  within complex governance structures Gladys’s effective facilitation of teams, and thought provoking approach affects long lasting organisational change.

Gladys’ burning passion is to see people flourish in all aspects of their lives. She believes this is the precursor to improving the performance of the organisations they work for. It is this passion that has led her to invest in knowledge throughout her illustrious career. By sharpening her tools and continuously acquiring techniques she has helped others achieve their potential. 

She is the holder of an MA in Human Resource Development from the University of Middlesex, London and is a:-

Whilst the majority of Gladys’s career has been spent working in the UK as a leading HR expert, in recent years she has also worked in Zambia with organisations to support them improve their performance through people.
