Prisca Hampande is an accomplished Human Resource Manager with a robust track record of over 17 years in the Human Resource Management field. She recently served as the Human Resource Manager at Investrust Bank Plc where she was instrumental in transforming the Bank’s HR practices to better align with its strategic objectives. During her tenure at Investrust Bank, Prisca successfully led initiatives in talent management, employee relations, organizational development programs, staff welfare activities, industrial relations and succession planning contributing to significant improvements in employee retention and productivity.

Prisca has a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from the University of Lusaka, she furthered her education with a master’s degree in business administration from the Zambian Open University. She holds several professional certifications, including Pay Roll Administration and Board Member trainings.
