Mike is a professional in the field of Risk Management and Insurance with over 8 years of experience within the financial services industry. His journey began at First Mutual Life, where he served as a Policy Services Administrator, before transitioning to First Capital Bank as a Customer Services Adviser. Returning to First Mutual Life in 2018 for a second tenure as a Life Insurance Underwriter. He later joined First Mutual Reinsurance Company as a Life and Health underwriter, a position he held before joining Finsbury Reinsurance.

His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance from the National University of Science and Technology (Zimbabwe), as well as a C.O.P in Long-term Insurance Business through IIZ. He is also an Associate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa and has just completed his master’s in business leadership with Bindura University of Science Education.
