Dr. Webster Twaambo is a distinguished leader with over 22 years of experience in the (re)insurance sector, having held several senior roles throughout his career. He brings exceptional strategic vision, business acumen, and a passion for innovation to everything he does.

Webster is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) and holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, a Master’s in Strategy, and an MBA. He also holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Zambia (with Honours), and a Diploma in Ministerial Studies from Rhema Bible Training Centre Zambia.

An accomplished author of three books, his second edition won the 2018 Best Book on Insurance in Africa award from the African Insurance Organisation. In 2025, he received the Best Man in Insurance award at the Zambia Man of the Year Awards.

Dr. Twaambo serves as President of the Insurers Association of Zambia and is a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Coach and Trainer.
