An engineer with over 10 years work experience in the short term (non-life) insurance industry. Michael is result and goal oriented with a core focus on professionalism, staying ethical, reasonable and committed to duty, with integrity.

Michael executes his function with exceptional analytical skill, having specialised in claims handling & management, loss adjusting, risk engineering & loss prevention, and asset valuation for insurance purposes.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree, CILA Diploma with Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters – UK and an Insurance Diploma with Zambia College of Pensions & Insurance Trust. Michael is also a Registered Engineer (R. Eng) with the Engineering Registration Board, a Professional Engineer member with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ), and an Associate Member with the International Federation of Adjusting Association (IFAA), member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) of the UK, ordinary member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) of the UK and an Associate member of the Insurance Institute of Zambia (IIZA).
